Griffen – the epitome of chill with a side of grounded. When it came time to plan this guys senior pictures, we were chasing a mellow vibe. So, we ditched the traditional guys senior picture locations and headed for Deepwood Estates in Salem, Oregon.

Now, Deepwood Estates is typically known as a hotspot for senior girls' pictures. But why should they have all the fun, right? This place is a goldmine of beautiful photography backdrops – from rugged textures to serene forests and everything in between.

We're not sure why more high school senior guys don't choose this location. Maybe they think it's too "girly" or something. But let me tell you, it's got all the masculine vibes you could ask for, plus plenty of gender-neutral options. Rivers, forests, you name it – Deepwood Estates has it all. And you don’t have to hike to get there.

One of the best parts about shooting guys senior pictures here was that it let us keep things simple and focus all our attention on just the photography. No distractions, just pure, unadulterated Griffen. And let's be real, that's exactly what we were here.
